garmont mega ride cuff rivet failure

My wife noticed a piece of something lying in a skin track and we caught up with the skiers ahead of us--guess what it was. After tightening up the bolts, the skier decided he didn't need new boots after all--he was going to buy new boots because his were getting sloppy

And just for conversation sake: I've broken/lost 2 cuff rivets in Scarpa tele boots; the last on my 3 buckle T-2s and Bill Mates in Seattle fixed them.
