This thread is starting to remind me of a theological discussion. Well, alpine travel is functionally a religion. We go to a place of worship, we have ceremonies, we are frequently prostrate, we often proselytize, and...sometimes we have vigorous, if not violent, disagreements about the correct means of worship. Personally, I'd rather just have fun. Mindless, meaningless, giggle-till-I'm-silly fun. It's even more fun when I share it with friends. By the way, the NWAC needs your help. I'm talking cash here.
