I found this personal tracking device at Snoqulamie Pass. If it is yours and you can specifically identify where I found it, I'll make sure it gets back to you.

You could try turning it on and hitting "OK" a bunch of times. The owner might come find you.

Alternately, if you hit the 'Help!!' button a bunch of times, then SAR and/or the county sheriff might come find you. That way you could get your contact information published widely for free.

I bet the SPOT people can identify the owner (or notify the owner) based on serial number of the item.

I ran into a guy at the top of Chair 2 yesterday looking for a beacon he'd left up there on Friday. He didn't specify PLB though....
