Dynafit BSL was created by biker
I am setting up my first dynafit setup and have a question about sole length. I have dynafit zzero4c boots and will be using ft12 bindings. Is the BSL listed on the boot (326 in my case) from the front of the toe to the back of the heel like on an alpine boot or does it measure from the inserts in the toe?
thanks

boot SOLE length.

Of course a ruler/tape measure would have very simply verified this

Yup, boot sole is boot sole, even with the Dynafits. I don't mess with mounting them myself, but that's mostly b/c I don't want to screw up my wife's skis. Good luck Biker.

To get the FT12 exactly centered, the jig will probably end up being set a little shorter, like 324mm, but given that the FT12 (like the ST and Comfort) has about 26mm total fore/aft range, it won't matter.
For the Speed/Classic, you have to very careful though, since that binding has only about 6mm adjustment range.
