1. You need 4 adults, no more or no less, exactly 4.
2. You pay in one of three ways: online, phone, or in-person.
3. You have to pay for all 4 at once but it can be on multiple credit cards.
4. If you pay online or by phone, you can pick up your passes individually at any time.
In other words, once they have your money, each person can pick up their pass anytime they want.
5. When you pay online, each person needs to be registered with Crystal and a photo uploaded. The person who is paying needs to know each persons registration name and Birth Date.
6. If you pay online, ignore the message at the end saying the passes will be mailed to you. They won't get mailed until September.
7. You don't need to have the Agreement form signed by all 4. Each person can bring in the form signed only by them.
8. You can sign the Agreement form at Guest Services, you do not need to bring it with you.
9. The folks at Guest Services are very nice and accommodating.
Enjoy your Pass.
Edited 4/4 to include the Crystal registration - Thanks BB.

In short, the process couldn't be easier. We just need four people. I'm still looking to join or form a group. Let's do it!

Guest Services was not very keen on doing this over the phone but that is theoretically possible. I think they felt it would take too much time while they had live customers waiting too. Online worked great!
To do this online, you do have to give your credit card information to someone you may not know. I called my cc company and they said I had 0 liability for unauthorized charges so I went ahead with it.
One person had to do the online application. For that they will need some personal information. If you are already in the CM database, they need your name and birth date. It has to be exactly as in their records. If you don’t know if you are listed as William or Bill, start the online application process. After about 3 screens they will ask for your name. You can upload a new picture if needed and make other changes too. If you are not in the database, your online purchaser probably needs the information from the pass application from the CM web site. www.skicrystal.com/files/12/Bronze-Application-_Web.pdf .
From the CM web site “Everyone in the group must sign the agreement form before passes will be issued. Agreement forms can be found below.” is incorrect. As SkierHiker says you can sign individually and pick up your pass immediately. They have a stack of forms at Guest Services. Everyone has to pick up their own pass, except maybe families or married couples but I don’t know that for sure.
I found groups on TAY (Random Posts and Personal Yardsale), CraigsList (tickets and items wanted), the yellow notepad at Wapiti Woolies in Greenwater and talking to a guy on C6. All avenues were fruitful so sorry to Dean and Ken that I found the others and bailed on you.

Well, what I conclude from SkierHiker's excellent, very helpful post (thanks for taking the trouble) is that once four people agree to go in together, each person can separately call Crystal and give them their credit card info; once Crystal has the info for all four people, the cards will be charged, and the passes will be made available, either to be picked up on the mountain or mailed. (Probably it would be useful to agree on a date/time to pay to make things easier for the Crystal folks.)
In short, the process couldn't be easier. We just need four people. I'm still looking to join or form a group. Let's do it!
Yes, that should work but I can confirm what BB said about Guest Services not being very keen. I called and asked and they said it was possible but complicated for them. They would much rather you pay for all 4 at one time.

Thanks for the information, BB, and thanks especially for suggesting a couple of other places to find groups/group members.
If you're on Facebook, check this group thread. It's getting a little old but might still be helpful:
