JERRY WHITE HEAL FAST WE NEED YOU!!

Thought I'd give you all a head's up...
JW, ski partner to many on this board, infamous ski film maker, Ski Mountaineering course leader and all around nice guy, recently took a fall while filming on Mt Hood and reportedly ruptured his spleen.
According to news from his wife, Jen, after attempts to stem the bleeding they opted to remove the unrepairable component in the interest in getting on the road to recovery and back out skiing asap.
Just thought some might want to rally and wish him a speedy recovery.
He's reportedly in ICU right now at the Harrison Hospital in Bremerton. Don't know if he can take calls yet but Jen is with him a lot of the time to answer his phone if you happen to have his cell number.

Interesting side note... going to the Harrison Hospital website takes you to their front page video clip of Joedabaker's gold metal winner niece Bree Schaaf, who was apparently sponsored by Harrison in the Olympics.

Interesting community we have here, eh? (kinda reminds me of the Banner Bank commercial).

Thanks for the link Ron on Bree. (She took 5th though, not gold) The video relived the moment we had at the Olympics, that was just crazy in the stands.
In that interview she still had her racing gear on late into the evening.

Ugh, get better soon Jerry. A good friend of mine ruptured his spleen in a "touch" football game in college and he was back to his smarmy self in no time. Funny, I got a concussion in that same game. Probably why I don't play football.
