Skis with 5 dimensions was created by Ritalin Kid
Some companies call it early taper, some list thier skis with 5 dimensions. My Atomic Atlas have some minor taper in the tips that helps prevent hooking. I like this and I am evaluating the following for an all-mountain/mostly pow ski...
Armada JJs
PM Gear Lahsa
ON3P Billy Goats
Any feedback or suggestions on these or other skis that fit this category....looking for around a 115mm waist.

Rossingol S7's the "original" 5 dimension ski!!!!!!!! duh!
115mm waist.
Skied frozen groomers, soft groomers, slushy frontside, chalky cold hardpack, then 4" soft on crust all in same day last Sunday and ski was versatile enough to handle it all.
You're definitely on the right track!

Rossi S7
this and three you've mentioned varying shades of the same thing.
S7 is the best soft snow ski I've ever tried. Damn good on hard snow. Incredibly versatile.

JJs are amazing. Little lighter than s7s if that matters to you.

I own lhasa 186 carbons and must say i love them. personally i would say it comes down to the S7 vs lhasa.
The biggest difference in the skis i would say is the fact the s7 has tail rocker and the lhasa has a flat tail. this give you a lot more running length which rocks on hard pack. The dimensions are bascally the same. Quite funny too the lhasa came out ~2 years before the S7
As for ski weights the S7 is 4850grams (10.5pounds ish) vs ~8.5-9 pounds for carbon 186 lhasa. So if your touring the lhasa does save some weight.
The biggest thing i have heard is the lhasa's are a bit stiffer and like to be skied hard and fast. I would say this just stems from the fact that these things have no speed limit. They are stable at every speed ive felt like giving them. They do like the go fast thats for sure but even in tight trees at slow speeds they do just fine. They definitely charger hard when i wear my aplin boots just form the added stiffness. But even in my touring boots (radiums) they handle wonderfully but i can tell the radiums arent very stiff when on the lhasa compared to when i tour on mt bakers!
I have heard the S7 skis short with a running length of like 140cm i think it was. The lhasa did feel a bit short but not bad at all. Running length is ~150cm i believe. Just something ot keep in mind! There is also a 191 lhasa that skis close to a true 186 as well if your sort of in between on the big 196 or small 186.
Really only thing i can say is get out and try a pair of both. They are so close to each other thats really the best bet. I can let you demo my lhasa's if your BSL is 320ish or less. As for S7 your on your own.
And pat (PM Gear owner) is super friendly and helpful if you ever have any problems with the skis or damage them (even if not your fault) he will usually help hook you up. If you feel like demoing just let me know, i can mount either dynafit or with dukes.
