Getting to Kirkwood was created by Team Wally
Off to try Sierra Cement next week and have hit a bit of a glitch. Flying into Reno, shuttle to So Lake Tahoe but nothing scheduled from the lake to Kirkwood. Have any of you figured this out. I didnt really want to spent $200 to rent a car to get me to Kirkwood then have it sit all day.

I don't know, but wouldn't you think they might have a guest shuttle from SLT to Kirkwood? I would if I were them. A call to guest services or email?? Just checked, flash news;

Could be one of those stinky $20 a pop each way, shoulda rented the car things, but who knows. Good luck

Yeah, that's what I thought too. Called the shuttle bus folks, they advised staying in SLT and taking the AM bus up THEN checking in ! Same program for getting down, 4pm shuttle to SLT then 1.5 hr to Reno AP then fly to SLC and repeat again. I bagged the flight (thanks Southwest) and am driving the whole trip. Freesking Championships at Kirkwood, then Snowbird for the Jr Ntls and Adults the following week. Might even get some time off to play along the way. Hope to stop in Sun Valley and score some Leroy's IceCream.
