Powder starved Mainers looking for help

I am heading to the Northwest to ski next week and finding the prospects of powder looking grim. Baker closed mid January-WTF? Willing to travel to find good turns. Can anyone offer suggestions? Is there any good backcountry skiing to be had?

Coming the 20th and we have 2 weeks. Nelson was on my radar...looks like they are getting some of this warm wet weather as well!

Snow levels predicted to be at the surface in the passes and east slopes by Sunday. Freezing rain? Heavy powder? We'll see...
