Does anyone have any ideas or experience with homemade climbing skin BD STS tail clips?  I'm trying to figure out a cheaper, home depot style, solution to the frequently lost BD clips.  This is for GlideLites on Kilowatts.

My thought so far is finding a type of flat metal, heating it up and bending it into a shape that would work, but if there's a easier or better way, I'd love to hear about it!

What about a rat tail -- you may not have the skin length to do it if they're already cut, but perhaps you could make it work.

Are you installing them correctly? Never had that happen.

Rat Tail it is!  Thanks Marcus, that was MUCH easier than bending metal! I wonder if Fritschi had this in mind when they put that little notch behind the heel? Best of all, it's free!

Ha!  Awesome -- perfect that you had the only binding that allows for the rat tail attachment already.
