Fee for non-motorized parks is now $80 with the groomed trail sticker, needed for access to lots of non-groomed area too. This is double the fee of two years ago. It is effective starting November 1. There was a lot of snow in November. This is December 5. Where are the plowers, groomers and porta-potties?
