New guy here!! was created by novakaine
Been lurking for a couple years now, always love all the great TR's. I'm a splitboarder in Port Angeles, WA. Ride a DIY Lib Mullet 160. Really avid hiker and backpacker so just seemed logical to earn my turns (save money from resorts too). Ride here in the Olympics at hurricane ridge mostly, would like to get out and scope some more remote terrain though too. Always looking for ski partners and cool people to chill with in the area, so hit me up if you want to go score some turns.

Did you use the Voile split kit on your Mullet? I purchased a voile kit and so far have got as far as splitting my board but have not completed the project yet (need the spare time).

Hey Greg, I'm a new guy around here too.  I live in Port Townsend and ride a Prior split.  I'm definately up for getting out this winter, I'm a stay at home dad so don't have tons of time but am available most weekends to hit it up.  I have prior engagements for the next few weeks but am hoping to get out the weekend of Dec 12th to check out the lines at Hurricane Ridge.  Let's keep in touch and hopefully we can connect for some turns this winter!

Yeah I used the Voile kit. Had a carpenter friend rip it in half for me. The finish on all the hardware and such isn't perfect, but I don't really care. It's a BC board so I beat on it pretty hard all year round, nothing some P-tex doesn't fix haha.

For sure!! Welcome to the beautiful Olympic peninsula!! Where did you move from? I took my Avalanche 1 last year up in bellingham. Still honing my snow study skills, and really want to practice alot this winter. I have my favorite spots up at the ridge, and want to explore some lines I scoped last year. I work nights during the week and have all weekends off, so I'm down to ski anytime really.
