Bronze?????

OKAY Crystal is this the ultimate bait and switch? Suck us into the quad pass, we all are accustomed to our GOLD unlimited passes and think this is what we are getting for jumping in early with 4 people, but then they delay mailing the passes for 2 months past the initial promise date and what do you know I get a BRONZE. What the hell, are you kidding me??????
No days at the summit- sorry suckers too bad if you do city league.

I remember doing some lame upgrade a couple of years ago when this same kind of bullshit was pulled. I am done with Crystal and the BS they keep pulling. I spent a fricken week trying to buy our quad passes online and then had to resort to ordering over the phone. COME ON, REALLY???? I can pack up my skis and go elsewhere if this is the kind of customer no service they continue to dole out. I am ticked because this is not just about me, but the 3 other folks that were counting on getting passes that were akin to what they have had for many many years.

It's obvious that you are upset, disappointed, and angry. But I'm not understanding how this is a bait and switch or Crystal's fault?

No not a bait & switch...   Crystal did a credible job of hedging against the recession.  I believe their terms were clear.

I was aware of the limitations when we bought our passes last spring.   No big deal, because this was a deal.

This pass lets me ski on the weekends with my grandkids for the same price that I was paying for the weekday pass.   It would be nice for the pass to cover the Summit.  But hey!  We are getting use to Crystal Mgt not being excessively generous.

Have not received my pass yet.  They must have a part-time worker sending out passes during their coffee break.

So, to clarify, have any of you actually recieved your passes-or any word of them after the purchase was made?

This has been in the back of my mind for the last few weeks, I have not had a pass there before but they cashed my check mid may and I haven't heard squat since...
