Wasn't even close. It passed by 71%, though largely symbolic in light of federal and state law.

My understanding is it basically means jack crap though. All it shows it yeah we want to be able to smoke legally. Doesn't actually make it legal or anything. Its a start i guess but it still has a long ways to go before it would be legal thought he police in town might let it slide a bit more now that they know its so popular or something.
