Mt Shasta-(Old) Ski Bowl

Any of you Shasta-ites: did you know Mt Shasta had a ski area, back in the day (at the Old Ski Bowl location) which was destroyed by an avalanche during the winter of 1978. Today's ski area isn't even on the Mtn. proper at all.

Put that with Yodelin, just east of Stevens Pass in WA, in the "resorts reclaimed by Nature via avy".  I've read it's a good tour.
