Too early; sounds like a setup for rain-on-snow events and flooding in the lowlands.

I know!

I slept in and blew off my Labor day ski plans, and gambled on the last minute. If Wednesday goes as planned I will be at a modest 36 months!

This is no time for common sense ! Rejoice!!! No more boring blue ski, we can revel in the many shades of grey; endlessly discuss the possibility of sucker holes; measure rainfall; wear gore-tex;
wreck our ski bases on barely covered rocks. Oh ,the joy cometh.

Uh, Scotty, I live 450 ft off the Nisqually River just outside the Nisqually Entrance to MRNP, you know, where the levee failed and where it was poorly repaired and began falling into the river before having had any significant flows, and subsequently damaged by a couple of high flows and used by the county for disaster declarations but with no money going to this levee, all to the Puyallup ... :-)
