Trimble outdoors. Haven't used it myself, but it might be what you're looking for. Anyone ever try this?

I seem to remember rumors that Garmin was planning an Android phone that meets those specs.
As is, the two Android phones currently available have everything you speak of minus the barometric sensor. Not sure if a maps app has been written yet to allow use of cached maps when no signal is available, but it seems like an obvious one.

As I see it one issue with "phone" type devices as a GPS the use of custom rechargeable batteries to power the thing. On a one day trip it's no BFD -- but on a overnight / multi-day trip it is nice to be able to feed it with AA Alkalines. The Garmin handheld I have is good for a couple days of continous use on a pair of AAs -- at least if I keep it warm enough.
Another issue with the "all in one device" approach (GPS, digital compass, altimeter, clock) -- I might be paraniod -- but I carry my old skool silva compass my pack, paper maps and wear my altimeter watch as well at my mapping GPS.

Garmin is releasing a new GPS/phone combo - the Nuvifone G60. Time will tell.
