Altimeter with Heart Rate Monitor Recommendations

I am looking at options to replace my Suunto x6HR which just recently decided it didn't want to measure my heart rate when it got above about 155 bmp. It looks like the best options are another x6HR, a Suunto t6c, or a VDO Z3PC. The Z3 is more cycling focused, but it has the three features I really want which are altimeter, heart rate monitor and PC connection. Does anyone have any experience with these?

Thanks,
Robert

I like my T6c, though no compass.  If you need one stick to the X6HR.  The T6c has many more training features like EPOCH and Training Effect, which tell you how hard you are training and can assist in making you faster.  Plus, the T6c has POD capabilities which can track distance and speed, depending on how much info you're interested in, could be very useful, if not just entertaining and informative.

T6c= training watch that you can use in the mountains.
X6HR= altimeter watch that can track heartrate as well.

Have you had any issues with the altimeter on the t6c? I figure they both function the same and have the same level of accuracy. Suunto says they do. I am leaning toward the t6c but the altimeter is the most important feature for me. The other stuff is the gravy that feeds my inner geek.
