Can anyone recommend a good sports-oriented physical therapist with a skiing/climbing background.
Location on the eastside would be preferred. thanks!

I have had a very good experience with MTI Physical Therapy and I think they have a location in Kirkland. I'm not sure if they have a ski-focused PT per se at that location, but the two PTs I've worked with both had a pretty high level of involvement in some kind of action-adventure sport (skiing, surfing and cycling). That helped.

Also, the level of training those guys have is pretty impressive - they have a very strong understanding of the physiology in play (way deeper than any of the MDs I know, at least for these issues). Plus their therapies are pretty non-invasive. There wasn't much to loose.

After a little less than a year of working with them, I've fixed a 20 year old problem. Give'em a ring so you can get out and rip the way you want.

You probably don't need the info now, but I swear by Deb Lehtinen at Real Rehab in Phinney/Greenwood. It's across the lake which isn't too convinient for you, but the whole practice is filled with crazy athletes who understand your needs. Deb's fixed me up twice now and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
