Mt Baker Highway, Hannegan Pass Rd access?

Not been up the Mt Baker highway lately - Does anyone know how far you can drive up the Hannegan Pass road and whether there is still snow in the Ruth Creek valley?

According to the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie NF website :

"Tree down half mile in, snow free to the Goat Mountain Trailhead. Avalanche debris to Goat Mountain Trailhead and Hannegan Pass Trailhead.
Large avalanche at MP 4 (rocks and trees 10-15 feet deep, 300 yards long)
Summer Information: Road will be closed at Mile Mark 0.1. For road improvement. Estimated opening is early August.
Foot traffic may travel beyond work crew, with caution around road equipment"

Looks like you might need to bring the bike to climb Ruth this year.
