Dynafit Manaslus. Get them 188 for your size.
Dynafit bindings.
Gramont Megaride or Green Dynafit boots..
Light enough for long touring and wide enough for powder and slush.

I had this set up with Dynafit Mustah Ata's but made the mistake of getting them too short( 176) which caused them to be too squirrelly ( I am 6-1" and 195 lbs naked). Also the Dynafit skis( especially the Muatah Ata's) have alot of camber .

If you want to get more exotic and pricey, the carbon fibre composite skis rock for BC use.
Look at DPS Wailer's in either 95 or 105 width ( although many on this site would consider them too wide and I respect their views but disagree and feel Ok about my genitalia size) ;)

Now that image is burned in my retinas, thanks.

I'm selling some RT86's with skins if you're interested. See my post in the classifieds section. Based on your interest in a ski that would handle some resort use, I would probably steer you towards those, the Killowatts, or the Reverends over the Baker SL or the Karhu Jak BC. PM me if you're at all interested. Oh, and my 2 cents (maybe up to 3 cents at this point) is that you are right on the edge of a mid/large ski (based on the fact that most brands have three size options). I would probably stay in the middle (170-180) unless you already know you like longer skis. Happy hunting.
