KUDOS to John Kircher and Crystal Mountain!!!

I just want to say that John is great!     

As a few of you--or maybe more of you than I think--know I busted my ankle pretty badly last November.  Prior to that I had won a Crystal Mountain season pass at a Warren Miller show.
After repeated no's from ticket sales, marketing and whatever other departments I contacted regarding a postponement on redeeming the season pass, I finally got a letter through to John.
Today, he sent me an email confirming that he will personally make sure I get to redeem that pass next season!
Thank you, John! Crystal has officially been redeemed and I am really, really looking forward to many family days at the mountain next year.

PS: I'm walking now, albeit a little awkwardly at times, but it feels so good to be mobile again! Additionally, for anybody in the vicinity of the University of Puget Sound, I highly recommend applying to their physical therapy clinic.

Well done X-tal.  This goes a long way to changing my view of your management team.  This particular incident came up on our way home from skiing Crystal today, and now I'm eating my words.  I think I may even go back to buying a midweek pass.

BTW we skied top to bottom, open to close today, and it was incredible!  Joe Bell commented that crystal could be run by the SS and you'd still want to ski there on days like this....So true...Sad, but true.
