Great, thanks Jonathan -- I was hoping you'd see this, as I thought you might have done it in the past.

Okay, the smallpart.com site may be my new favorite place. I want one of everything.
Anyone know the stock length for the Dyna toe screws?

Hi Marcus,
I've recently experimented with 2 methods:
1. I used 3/8" thick delrin (acetal) from www.mcmaster.com . I used the binding screws to hold the plastic to the ski, then tapped m5 screw holes 1cm back. I purchased stainless steel m5 FHSCS to attach the binding to the plasic. Delrin is a nice strong plastic, but spendy. I had to reduce the diameter of the front screw head holding the screw in a drill running the head against a belt sander, cheep lathe... I liked this method because I wanted to change my boot location as well as zero out my ramp angle, and I didn't have to find different length ski screws.
2. I stacked two pieces of .09" polycarbonate I found at home depot to give me about 3/16" rise. I ordered brass m5 inserts from mcmaster and epoxied them into the skis to solve the screw problem.
I'm a nerd so I've made solid models and drawings of the spacers if you want them. Solidworks, dxf, pdf, whatever...

I did some quick calcs out of curiosity:
-- delta of size 23 Zzero boot in Comfort binding = 3.4 degrees
-- size 30 in TLT Classic/Speed = 0.08 degrees
