Dynafit Compatibility Question was created by ml
Has experience indicated there is a ski waist width that is too wide for these bindings?
Personal familiarity limited to 84mm. Now with a 100mm waist I’m wondering where the binding’s foot print size limits satisfactory performance.

My most used skis are 97mm at the waist and they ski great with Dynafits.
Try this - next time you're at a backcountry ski store see if you can click a boot into a mounted dynafit and another into a diamir or whatever other binding they have. Test the "play" of the systems, I think you might be surprised at the results....

I agree. My dynafiddles are on 95's and I've seen larger setups. Dynafits are great for putting boot to ski - much better than most. Heck if they were DIN rated at the toe and a little more stable at the heel the game would be over for most other AT bindings.
