Master bedroom with separate bathroom available in a 3 bedroom townhouse.  Located in Easthill area of Kent.  Convenient location, with Highway 18 (and I-90) close by, so is Kent Station (excellent for commuting via bus and train, shopping, etc.).  There's a garage that's great for tuning skies, storing bikes, etc. Also has a washer/dryer, fireplace, back yard, and in a quiet neighborhood.  Several public parks very near, and one with a 30' climbing tower so you can stay fit when you don't have time to get to the crags.  Currently, two smaller rooms are occupied by myself and one other roomate, both mature and quiet.   Looking for $500 a month.

I know this might not be what you're looking for in terms of suggestions for local sites, but all my apartments I've ever lived in I found on craigslist - but then again, I'm only on #2...
