For the few people that use the the snowpack models I've posted online in previous years, a quick note to say that the Sasse Ridge model (Cle Elum valley) and the Swauk Pass model should now be functional.
You can find the graphs under the snowpack model section at
www.larryscascaderesource.com
These models run automatically, and I think I've fixed most of the issues related to transferring them to my new Vista 64 bit homebuilt. How diligently I keep up with the inevitable issues will depend on how many users there are, so if by chance something is not working and you would like the info, let me know.
I should have the NWAC Snoqualmie graphs going soon. I've not made any changes to the model coefficients since last year because I've finally learned when to trust the graphs and when not. No use changing things at this point unless it's completely obvious.
Last year I added a temperature vs. elevation chart that gives predictions for the next 12 hours. I found this quite helpful.
If you are new to these graphs and would like to use them, I'll warn you. It takes some time to figure out just what they are telling you; that is, how to read them. I've tried to offer explanations, inadequate as they are.
