Pobre Chica! I'll give you a ride :'(.
I've heard splinting can aid recovery. The best splints support above and below the injured joint. They have a rigid yet forgiving exoskeleton and soft, comfortable foam padding on the inside. Do you have anything like this? Maybe a boot of some kind? Garmont makes a good splint I believe!
Also you should ice your injured ankle regularly by fully submerging your lower leg in, well, ice! You know, frozen water. Heck you might as well find a way to submerge both lower extremities in "ice"...Repeatedly. Active recovery is good.

Wasn't so glorious as cragging Mack, unfortunately it was the crashpad that "bit" me when I rolled off after finishing a comp route at the Southsound Pulldown . . . uggh, no more of those for me!
As for your recovery plan "Kneel" I'm delegating you as my new medical practitioner.

Holly!!! Whatcha doing getting hurt cragging??? There are great inventions to help prevent this kind of thing, such as ropes, belays, stick-clips, and crash pads. :'(

Oh Man! Ouch! Somebody better call Mad_Dog to get the prescription for quick healing. She's shown us all how to get well quick and keep skiing.
Heal fast and strong, Teleskichica! We can't afford to have our tele numbers drop down...wait a minute...were you climbing with an AT person by chance? This could be part of their nefarious plot to takeover the backcountry...
