SnowBash 2008! (Nov. 8, 2008)

SnowBash 2008 is coming right up!  Come on out to kick off the winter and show your support for NWAC at the Tractor Tavern on Sat, November 8 following the Northwest Snow and Avalanche Summit.  Good beer, raffle prizes and bluegrass with the Tall Boys.  Hope to see you all there.  More information on the Friends of NWAC website at www.avalanchenw.org .

This just in...Hand Cut, this years release from Sweetgrass Productions will be kicking the evening off from 830 to 9pm. The Hand Cut release includes endless pillow lines in the BC interior; exposed descents in the Coast Range with ski mountaineering legend John Chilton. Hand Cut: self-propelled stories brought to life in High Definition and brilliant 16mm film.

I just ordered up the DVD. Here's to sustainability, here's to supporting the little guy! I can't wait to pop that sucker in and get pumped-up for the upcomming season!
