TAYer gets letter of the month in Skiing

I was reading Stewie's copy of Skiing Magazine( I'd never subscribe to THAT ONE!) when I saw that the letter of the month and a brand new pair of K2 seths( with PBR graphics no less), was awarded to a notable TAY poster.

Now I won't give his TAY name away unless he wants to acknowledge it here, but well done man. Good on ya! Sweet Skis.

I thought those were rebadged Made'ns? Either way, if that poster doesn't want them...

I'll acknowledge just to say "No, you can't have them." Silaswild was the first to notice, by the way, calling me the day after the issue arrived in my mailbox.

According to Fedex the skis should arrive tomorrow. I will still have to mount them before we can test-drive the pair. I've heard different things (Skiing just says "powder skis"), but most people seem to think they're rebadged Made'ns. I've heard good things about 'em.

Sweet - nice score!  Good letter too - I'll admit I read the magazine once in a while (even though I splitboard and they take shots at boarders regularly), but the subscription is free from Warren Miller, whose movie I watch to get a free ticket to Mt Bachelor   Skiing has had some decent articles though this year.........
