Hey everyone,

I'm writing to let you know that the co-op I live in is seeking potentially two new housemates. We currently are 3 men, two women, and a wonderful polydactyl kitty named raven. Our lifestyles are liberally minded to the development of better living through community: i.e. sharing food costs and supporting local organic products, cooking dinner one night a week for each other (we’re mostly piscatarians), and doing our best to be environmentally and socially responsible (we never have dirty dishes in the sink either!). The women of our house are both considering some changes in their lives, and we prefer to fill their spaces with other women or a couple. We of course are generally non-discriminate; however enjoy the balance and diversity that age and gender differences offer us in our daily lives.

We live in a large and wonderful home conveniently located 2 blocks from 45th in Wallingford. One bedroom is smaller (approx 10’X12’) and includes a separate larger (approx 12’X16’) space that has been used as an office or storage area previously. The second room is larger (approx 10’X20’) and has a walk in closet. The rent for either is $360/month; utilities are typically $50/month/person. Both arrangements are available anytime, with notice and some agreed upon date. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or to arrange a time to visit. I’m hoping that by putting the word out here I may not be the sole snow-rider in my house this winter.
