My buddy just moved out, as did a monthly chunk of change... I'm now looking to rent out a room in my house located in North Tacoma. The home is 2BR 1bath 2,208 total square feet, half of which is unfinshed basement (excellent tuning facility

) Nice neighborhood, close to everything; looking to get $600/half utilities.

I figured I'd post here to see about narrowing down the chances of finding some random psycho. Similar intrests make profiling a hell of a lot eaiser...
