NWMJ: Seeking contact info for David Kratsch

Does anyone know how to contact David Kratsch? I believe he does avalanche work during the winter for either WSDOT or the Alpental ski patrol. The NW Mountaineering Journal editors would like to contact him for permission to publish the following photo:

Have you tried to contact the Alpy pro patroller, Bram Thrift, in the photo? He might know how to contact David.

Same guy that's on the Snoq Pass fire department? If so, I see him Mon/Wed at a class I'm taking -- I'll get his number, if that's him.
