Daniels Hinman

Havn't seen any TR on Daniels lately. I want to break in a newbie this weekend and was hoping for some beta.
Also if anyone has suggestions on a backup plan B preferably
in the same area. Thanks

I went and climbed daniel this past weekend. You could've skied down to Peggy's. You may have a few spots but should be mostly good this weekend too.

There were butt loads of people up there and the typical big groups (like mounties). Don't forget the bug juice. I don't usually use but I would've paid big bucks to have had it up there while sitting around at squaw lake.

My girlfriend and I climbed Cathedral on Sunday and we had a birdseye view of all Mt Daniel's peaks.  Eyed a few lines and it looked like there could be a few short carries to near Peggy's Pond, but otherwise it looked pretty good.  We too experienced bugs, but only when we stopped, and mostly near water.
