fiberglass/carbon fiber molding???

Does anyone know how to make fiberglass/carbon fiber molds? I have a carbon ski boot cuff that I am trying to make copies of. I have downloaded info; but not the same.

This kind of work is very very time consuming and working safely with all materials takes a fair amount of investment in safety equipement and skills. If you are only making a few for your own use -- it will be less expensive to just buy additional copies from the manufacturer.

I had to buy them from Germany, expensive and hard to get. I'm trying to make them for some of the US Ski Mountaineering Team, some local racers and trying to keep it cheap.
