Roommates Wanted in a sweet house.....

Hi.....I am looking for 1 or 2 roommates to share a sweet place in Kenmore. I am a former Outward Bound Instructor turned medical student. The house is in a great location and offers a garage that I would like to put a small bouldering area in.
Looking for folks that are outdoor oriented with a steady income and not a crazy party life, since I am a student and what studying I do try and do is at home. Don't get me wrong, I am not looking for a library feel to the house, just more of a mellow place.
The rent is $533.00 plus utilites.....
Amenities:
1/4 acre wooded lot, Garage and a shop area, garden, ton's of storage, Hot-tub, Washer Dryer, Woodstove.....

I post here because I tend to enjoy folks who enjoy the outdoors.......

Dogs?

dogs are an option.....the landlord wants to meet the pet and an extra non-refundable deposit is needed. he said that if at the end everything is good he may decide to refund a portion of the deposit. the pet deposit is $400.00.
