I tend to agree with the addiction theory.  Although I believe I have it under control, except for those trips to South America for a quick fix. It's obvious to me that others need more help then me.  I know support groups are helpful but would you really want to sit around with other powder addicts and discuss your powder stashes. Sure !!! As they say on the Red Green Show "we're all in this together and I'm pulling for you".  Oooops, gotta go, storm cycle moving into the Sierra.

Larry - it is very brave of you to broach a subject that is so difficult for many of us to talk about. I have been a skiing addict for many years and it has been disruptive to my personal relationships.

I ended up in my profession as a supplier due to a lack of moral guidance during my college years. I often find it difficult to distinguish between how I earn my living and my habit. I am worried that the penalties my be higher for suppliers.  :'(

Hey man, I've been trying to call you. Got a taste? Just a bit, you know, to get me through the week? I get paid on Friday. I'm good for it.
