"Skiing the Cascade Crest" - Wenatchee, Feb 9, 7pm

For folks in Wenatchee who may be wondering if my program is still on for tonight, don't worry, I'll be there! I drove around from Seattle through the Columbia Gorge last evening to avoid the pass closures. Here are the details:

OMG, I can't believe that I missed this thread and had no idea the event was even taking place. And to think I sat around last night watching "The Italian Job"... :-[

The museum lady estimated the crowd to be about 130 people.

I believe there were some small notices in the Wenatchee paper. KOHO radio also mentioned it on their Saturday morning outdoor program. My friend Tom did a good job of getting the word out, but you can never catch everybody.

We probably should have posted a separate announcement here on TAY. The only place the Wenatchee program was mentioned here was on this thread .

Boy, driving Snoqualmie Pass sure is faster than the Columbia River!

Great program Lowell. I really enjoyed it.
