Bull Snake Traverse was created by spresho
In his book, 100 Classic Backcountry Ski and Snowboard Routes in Washington, Rainer Burgdorfer mentions a Bullsnake Traverse starting from Cascade Pass.
I have never heard of it before this.
Does any body know where it goes?

I don't, but the only place it could really go is along what Lowell calls the "Mount Logan High Route". Basically Bucker-Logan-Arriva. No offense to Lowell but, if they are the same route, the name Bull Snake Traverse has a much nicer ring to it.

I'm not totally certain, but I think its the traverse from cascade pass north to highway 20 via the inspiration glacier, mcallister glacier, backbone ridge & snowfield peak. The start is from the eldorado trail head or pyramid lake, and not exactly cascade pass, so this may not be it.

that traverse you're describing is what is typically called the 'isolation traverse'. Rainer posted here a few days ago...perhaps he'll fill in the blanks on where the bullsnake route is.
