IceBox Igloo Maker

Does anyone have one of these they might be willing to let me borrow or rent? I'd like to try one out, before dropping $170 on it. I'd prefer not to abuse the REI return policy too much.

I don’t think I would lug that thing around for the “Just in case” situation.  If I were planning on going snow camping without a tent I would consider it.  It sure beats building a snow cave.  You get very wet and if you run into something unplanned like a log, boulder or the ground you are screwed. 

Don’t own one but if I did I would lend it out to you.
