Avalanche Awareness Clinics ~ FREE!!
Avalanche instructor and climbing guide Gary Brill presents a must see introductory hour and a half avalanche clinic for skiers, snowboarders, snowshoers, and climbers. Gary provides insight into the nature of avalanches and avalanche hazards, differentiating safe from risky terrain, meteorological effects on snowpack stability, and the necessity of self-rescue in the event of an avalanche. For the past eighteen years, Gary has offered the most popular long-standing avalanche education program in the NW.
