Most Vert Skied was created by RonL
This looks like quite a tour;
pistehors.com/news/ski/comments/0747-worlds-longest-ski-vert/
is there a top five for the most vert?

...must resist....replying....
oh well....
skiing the lower half of a mountain and then returning three months later to ski the upper half, and calling it the longest vert skiied....hmmmm....
skiing St.Elias is completely out of my league (so far be it for me to criticize) and props to the guys for knocking off a successful ski descent, but i think 99% of the skiers out there would argue that they (or perhaps their sponsor RedBull is more to blame) shouldn't be suggesting what they did was the longest vert skied....
when the heck is it gonna snow around here anyway? i need to get some turns...

I think the 1980 descent of Mt Rainier from the crater to the Nisqually River Bridge via the Fuhrer Finger by Dan Davis and friends is the most elegant long descent in the Cascades. I think you could ski a bit lower on the Carbon Glacier side, but the Fuhrer Finger is a more reasonable ski descent than the north side routes.

I have yet to ski down to the bridge - maybe this year. I am curious how that tour ranks with other mtns for vert.
That's certainly a fair criticism Pete but maybe I'm just bitter because my wife and kid usually only let me out for day tours.

All the controversy and some more facts can be found here:

Sounds like Red "Bull" is partly to blame for the tall tales.
