Crustal pass/ticket pricing..... was created by oftpiste
Am I losing my mind?

I could swear that very recently kids under 10 were $50 for the season or $5 for the day. 10-17 had a Jr. pricing.

Yesterday when I went to buy passes for the boys I found the $50 pass was for 6 and under and 6-12 (I have 2) is $375 for the season. My 12 yr old's pass is now up to $875. C'mon, John, you're getting a little mercenary.

Not sure whether I really want to know that the prices went up like that overnight as my season just got way more expensive, but I would like to know if I was just imagining the previous price structure.

They(and when I say they, I mean boyne USA) had to fund that Sugar Loaf and Sunday river purchase somehow! Also with them prices, they are going to solve the parking problem.

They also seem to have canceled my sneaky little loop hole. In recent years I was buying the gold season pass at Boyne in Michigan which allowed me to ski any of the sister resorts as many times as I wished. Now they cut it back to 10 days at each.. It was only in the $600's., but not they wont give the exstortion prices until almost labor day though... I think they are postponing thier early season pass dates until the rest of Michigan's early bird deals are done so they have a little more leverage after making you wait.

That would be the Maine Sugarloaf.

I am not sure what is going on with Michigan's Loaf. It has been closed for several years. Last I heard was the previous owners racked up one heck of a water bill keeping at least one group from reopening it.

Edit: hold onto your ski socks!

kind of old news, but it's the most recent thing I could find.

Wow, that is great. I went to HS in TC and raced there for years as well as loosing my ......... in one of the condos. Good memories as well as spring slush bumps after the lifts close. Good tele' community in the county out there. Currious how much of the plan is in motion?

Here in Oregon soaking up the August Turns!
