Yes, you can park in the parking lot above chair one -- at the end of the road. The road beyond the ski area is not yet open, but may be openning in a few days. From where you now have to park, it is about 1/2 mile to the nearest decent skiing, which would be the Blueberry Chutes. Another 1/4 mile gets you to the Table chutes that run into Bagey Lake.
If you want to put 2 hours into getting to Ptarmigan Ridge behind Tabel Mountain, you will rewarded with much better snow, and better, more varied lines.
