Check with Pro Guiding Service in North Bend. They don't have a crevasse rescue specific course in their brochure (it's part of other mountaineering courses) but I talked with Martin in January and he said he'd do a class if he had enough people sign up. If you get something setup for a weekend this summer let me know. I can't get time off during the week but would love to do it on the weekend.
