Mountaineer snoqualime pass property?

I was wondering if anyone knows what is going to happen with the Mountaineer property on Snoqualmie Pass? New lodge going to be built? Maybe another location?

I was just thinking about it today when I was looking up at the ridge and seeing numerous lines coming down from the crossover trail through the property.

I've seen photos in the Mountaineer magazine showing that people inside and outside the club are continuing to use the property. Of course, everyone has to use tents now. I'm not involved in the committee that manages the property, so I really don't know what their plans are.
