Short road trip coming up and was wondering about bringing my skiis. Good options for turns near Shasta this time of year? Good ski areas near I-5 worth hitting between Sac. and Seattle. Feedback appreciated.
I've skied Mt. Shasta Ski & Snowboard Park and Mt. Ashland. Both areas have enjoyable terrain and there is backcountry access if desired. Monday's are Shell 2 for 1 at Mt. Ashland.
