NWAC phone number not working?

Has anyone else tried to call the Northwest Avalanche Center's Oregon number (1-503-808-2400) to get an avy report?  I haven't been sucessful getting through in quite some time, so I've just been visiting the website. It would be nice to be able to call from a phone though.

Oddly enough the phone worked today, for me it was the first time in about a month
