Meadow ? backside of Hyak?

Snowkite skiing and boarding is a pretty new game so we are stil trying to discover places to do it.

Here's a photo from my brother's collection of Armond DuBuque kite skiing on telemark gear near Austin Pass at Mt Baker ski area. I suspect that Windy Pass would be a more reliable location (in terms of windiness), but it has a longer approach.
