I just talked with the patrol at Stevens about the BCA beacon training park. Stevens is listed on the BCA website as having a transceiver park but the patrol didn't know if they would have it this year.
The technical rep for BCA is Scott Schell at scott@proguiding.com. I don't know if he is the one to encourage but it seems that if he gets a bunch on emails, he'll know that there is some interest. I don't know about anyone else but I can use all the practice that I can get. I'd be up for getting together with anyone to do some practice locating.
