Mountain Photo Showing

Hey all,

For any of you planning on skiing the Mount Baker area over the next couple of months, please drop by the Ju Juana Mexicana Resturant in Maple Falls. My buddy, Toby, has his mountain photos on display there. The pictures are amazing and well worth the visit.

Stop in and say hi to the friendly owner, John. He will serve you up some tasty beer and some huge helpings of mexican food...I love the gigantic burritos. Thanks,

Plus after the downfall of Casa Que Pasa in the Ham it is the last stand of the potato burrito. Yum! They have tasty margaritas too!

What happend with Casa?   ???

I stopped there after buying my pass and saw it was closed and some notice posted about back taxes. Wondered if it was some sort of payback regarding the state's smoking ban. I seem to recall that they were found in violation of not enforcing the ban when it became law..

Thanks for your inquiry Scole...to answer your question, yes you can buy the photos and frames that are on display. But that's isn't why I posted this thread. I think anyone who enjoys the mountains as much Toby does would love to see his photos. You will probably recognize some of the locations...many of them are of the PNW...

Marcus, the owner of the restaurant would love to see you...just don't eat him out of business...hehehe!

Outstanding news. Maybe we ought to take the place over for a night of celebration, planning, posing and pretending. As well as meeting each other -- after a good day of Baker BC. If there is interest, I can help put it together. I would think we should wait a week or so for a snowpack worhty of a TAY gathering.
